George Stephanopoulos' wife Ali Wentworth has an implausible career, from her a hit podcast to co-webhosting duties on fashionable daytime presentations.
One of her regular gigs is subbing for Kelly Ripa on Live, and because of this she's evolved a close bond with Ryan Seacrest.
However, on Friday, Ryan departed from the popular ABC show after seven years, and Ali was once one of the primary to mark the bittersweet occasion with a sweet tribute on social media.
Taking to Instagram, the TV big name shared a photo of her and Ryan linking fingers in the ABC studio, alongside the message: "Had the best time with you @ryanseacrest."
Fans were quick to comment on the put up, with one writing: "I hope you still get to co-host, you two were so much fun," while some other wrote: "You were a great duo when you filled in for Kelly." A third added: "You guys were awesome together. You need a show to bring your smiles."

Ryan won't only be overlooked through Ali, but by his co-host of seven years, Kelly. During a speech in the middle of Friday's emotional episode, Kelly admitted that their relationship was once "complicated," and the reason made Ryan, 48, giggle.
Kelly, 52, stated thru tears: "Although we have been friends for decades and decades, I feel I have gained a younger brother, slash older son."
The target market and Ryan giggled. "It's very complicated," she then confessed. "I'm so grateful that our success together on this show has led to us developing an even closer but co-dependent relationship."
