Brittany Mahomes is the supportive spouse of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, Patrick Mahomes. However, she's much more than that. She's a health expert with her own website. Mahomes shares a large number of her favourite exercises on Instagram. One factor she enjoys doing is occurring hikes. She shared these photos of a go back and forth she took to Montana. In a few of them, Mahomes and her husband are observed mountaineering on a mountain. Piedmont Healthcare states that mountain climbing has a large number of benefits. "Going up and down hills gets the heart pumping, creating a great cardio workout. Like most cardio exercises, hiking helps reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and even some cancers. Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise, which builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis."

Mahomes used to play skilled football. And she and her pro athlete husband like to coach together. She talked about this in an interview with Men's Health. "I still consider myself an athlete, but current athletes, you know, train differently. But when we train together, you know, we just kind of push each other and like. I obviously never win, if we are training or racing or anything, but I feel like me pushing hard makes him push harder."

For Mahomes, fitness is a big precedence. She mentioned this in an interview with EatingWell. "If you know me or follow me on Instagram, you know that staying active and being in the gym has been a huge part of my life. I played soccer in college and professionally, but found that as my career was coming to an end, being in the gym was something that I remained super passionate about. I enjoy strength training and lifting weights mostly, but also walks with the kids and the dogs. Staying active is a huge priority for me as a mom because I believe that it helps me to be the best version of myself for my kids, both physically and mentally. Being able to run around with them and teach them to play sports as they grow is so important to me!"

Mahomes' two youngsters have serious food hypersensitive reactions. She tells ConsumingWell what wholesome snacks she assists in keeping in the VIP refrigerator which are protected for her circle of relatives. "We keep the suite nut-free but stock it with lots of good food and drinks! We keep protein shakes in the fridge with lots of water and energy drinks (and a few adult beverages for the 21-plus crowd). They always have chicken tenders, soft pretzels, sweet treats and fruit and veggie trays. Game days are meant to be enjoyed, so I try to make sure there is lots of fun food and drinks for our friends and family while still keeping the food safe for my kids!"
While in Montana, Mahomes did some horseback driving. In probably the most photos she posted on Instagram, she is observed riding in a box. The American Heart Association states that using and spending time with horses has advantages.
